The example I gave was submitted on May 10. But I have more of those, another one, a different form was 3 June.

I seen that the last submission received for this form was on May 13.
The last submission receive here was on April 10.
I am assuming that you have received more submission but are not showing in our records.
If you find other forms affected, do let us know so our team can also review those ones.

We have investigated your issue but found no missing submissions. There is nothing in our backups and mail logs, and everything seems fine.
