Only show active fields in submission email

Hi,

Is it possible to only show active fields (ie fields not hidden) on the submission email?

Now all fields appear on the email notification - and it can be quite a lot of blank fields if there is conditions around many form fields.

Do you mean you want to hide in the email notification the fields that are not filled up by your respondents? I checked your two forms and I can see that the feature Hide Empty Fields on Emails is enabled.

But please note that if you change something with the standard email notification of JotForm, the said feature might be broken and not work. To fix this, please try replacing your current email notification with a new one.

If you are referring to a different concern, though, please give us more details and specify which of your forms is having the issue.

With the new editor, I am not able to find the " Hide empty fields on emails ". Where is it?

Unfortunately, this has been removed from the new wizard. If you like to use the old wizard, you can add &OLD in the URL of the designer.
