    Hello, 

    In January we took out a special price for 10,000 entries a year, this seems to be cancelled? What's happened?

    Hi,

    I checked your payments and your last payment was last May 11, 2015 for JotForm Economy Yearly. This subscription has expired and so your account was downgraded. I can't seem to find a payment similar to what you mentioned above. If you received an invoice or payment confirmation of the payment you made last January, can you please send it to support@jotform.com so we can further check.

    We will wait for your response.
