    In January we took out a special price for 10,000 entries a year, this seems to be cancelled? What's happened?

    I checked your payments and your last payment was last May 11, 2015 for Jotform Economy Yearly. This subscription has expired and so your account was downgraded. I can't seem to find a payment similar to what you mentioned above. If you received an invoice or payment confirmation of the payment you made last January, can you please send it to so we can further check.
