I am not receiving the form submissions to the email account provided on the forms.

Upon checking your account, I see these are the ones setup on your account email and on the latest form:
The two emails are almost the same although they differ on some characters that are in upper case. I strongly suggest that you use the exact email address to avoid problems.
Our mail log shows that the emails are failing to send on info@SaveOurYouthWCHS.com. The last one for this email was on April 28, 2016.
The email firstname.lastname@example.org has more recent notifications, they are also failing.
The two emails were adding in the bounce list. You can see on the screenshots below with the system generated return message.
Please note that email addresses are being added in the bounce list when the recipient rejects or refuses our emails. I see that the email address is setup on Mandrill, is that correct? The return messages states that it seems like Mandrill prevented your email address to receive inbound messages because there are too many recipients? Please contact your IT team or Mandrill and ask if there is a limit implemented on their end.
