I created a player rating form last year with a custom thank you page that gave the option of allowing the user to enter another player rating with some of the previous coach and team information autofilling. I cloned that form for this year but made some modifications to the form and updated the create new rating links in the thank you page with the new form's URL.
However, sometimes when a user is completing the new current year form, upon submission they are taken to the thank you page from the previous year's form (which has the URL of the old form in its links). This has happened with the live current year form as well as a clone of the live current year form that I use for bug testing.
Current year form: https://form.jotform.com/61568766725167
Clone of current year form for bug testing: https://form.jotform.com/61575517687166
Previous year form: https://form.jotform.com/51428271374152
Previous year draft form: https://form.jotform.com/51398908782168
I have now disabled the previous year forms, so I hope that helps. But it is odd that one form would bring up a thank you page from another form.

Your current year form has a conditional logic that uses the old form URL. You have two conditional logic that changes the "Thank You" page, the second one is not updated.
Please do check all of your conditional logic that changes your "Thank You" page and make sure that they are updated and uses the new form URLs you need.
Let us know if you are still having problems on this.
