How do I make the JotForm submit to my customized mail?

I presume what you meant is how to send the form's email alerts to your own email address as the recipient? Or do you want to send the email alerts using your own email address as the sender?

You can simply change the recipient address of your email alerts in the settings.

I personally recommend setting up an SMTP as the sender address as it is more reliable to use because it uses your own mail server.
