Can I use JotForm to lookup data on a Google spreadsheet?

I will preload accrued vacation from the last pay period and then look up this data on the spreadsheet to compute accrued vacation hours up to 6 months out.  Can I use Jotform to look up a separate or integrated Google Sheet to pull out the data and then compute the future accrued vacation hours?

Unfortunately this is not possible to achieve with JotForm, you cannot get data from a spreadsheet or tell the form to search info into it. 

If you want to do it, you will need to get the source code of your form and do your own script to find info in the spreadsheet, this guide will help you to get the source code of your form: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

You can only send your submitted data to a spreadsheet, but this will create a new spreadsheet, this cannot be done with an existing spreadsheet, here is the guide that will help you to integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet: How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

You may consider pre-populating some fields of your form generating a link, this can be done by using this app: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/ 

This will provide you the URL to the form with some fields pre-filled and then you can replace this data  with the data from your spreadsheet. 

If you want to import this data from the spreadsheet to your form, then you can format it as an Excel file and then import this data to your form, here is a guide that will help you with that: Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm
