Why my forms disapeared all of the sudden?

The forms I spent hours editing have disappeared. not in trash or archives.

 

Please help.

Your forms were disappearing since, somehow, you changed the title of one of the forms to be like this:

Which caused all content to be blocked by the browser.

I changed the name of that form to 'test' and it is working now, feel free to change it to anything you wish, except the above one :)
