My form keeps saying its disabled

    I have created a form and every time i try to check the link it says this form is disabled. I have spent an hour trying everything to fix it. Not having problems with other forms, just this one.

    Other questions are being answered however ours isnt being seen...We really need help with this, we are trying to update our site right now :(

    You guys editied our form? All the info for credit card info has been deleted! We are a company in Haiti ....none of your paypal or other payment fields work for international accounts here. We do all ou processing through local back, Sogebank. Please do not alter our forms, we need this to run our ambulance rescue program....

    You may want to consider checking our Terms of Use: http://www.jotform.com/terms/. We cannot allow credit card fields using our plain text fields. 

    If you'd really like to collect the information, call them or send them an email instead. Our whole system has been shutdown in the past due to this kind of form and we cannot allow it to happen again.
