My forms are suddenly disabled.

My forms are disabled suddenly and i am nowhere near my limits on my free account. How do i fix this, we have an urgent need for the forms we created.

Your account has been autosuspended by our phishing detector due to violation of jotform's terms. Please note that collecting credit card information is strictly prohibited in jotform. Here's an excerpt from our terms:

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials

I have now deleted the suspected fields on your "Join Hero Today" form and removed the suspension on your account.

I would like to ask you to refrain from adding these fields in the future to avoid being suspended again. If you are suspended again in the future, then we may not be able to remove the suspension a second time. Regards.

Excuse me but your credit card forms do NOT work in Haiti. We can not use them. We are not phishing, we are just making it so you don't get a commission on our sales. Would buying a jotform account instead of using the free version help? We are an ambulance company with all our accounts in Haiti, where we service. We are not eligible for paypal or others, and we have our own credit card machines in house that are directly linked to the local bank here, like any store has. This is not phishing, please do not do this to us, we need to accept payments....

I'm sorry, but as mentioned by my colleague, we do NOT allow forms asking for credit card details using plain text box fields, regardless if you are in free or paid plans.

Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use. Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

It is a must to use the payment integrations if you want to accept payment from your users, because these 3rd party payment processors are designed to handle and process payments securely. JotForm is not designed to process payments that is why we have these integrations in placed. My colleague has already re-activated your account and have deleted the guilty fields. Please do avoid creating similar forms or fields, violation of our terms of use will lead only to your account being suspended and possible for a permanent ban.
