Form appears then disappears on website

    Hi, my website, www.fiestaworldtravel.com , the form on the contact page apperas for a second and then disappears, when I view it from IE only it seems. Please help. I used the Iframe code to insert the html.

    I test the form in your website using IE browser but I could not reproduce the issue so far.

    The form is available and can be used.

    What I suggest you try also is re-embed the form https://www.jotform.us/form/61366651010143 on the website.

    Make sure to remove first the existing embed code and get again a new publish iframe code.
