How do I get a new invoice for my account? 20161390619

    Hi Jotform Support,

    I've emailed your team twice a week already to get this issue resolved but I still can't get a new invoice reflecting the $19 USD Bronze monthly charge for my account. The reason I need this invoice is to bill my company the total current charges in order to be reimbursed later, as I've used my personal credit card to subscribe to your service.

    Can you please look into my account and ensure a new invoice of $19 USD is billed for the month of May/June and that it also states the following details?

     

    The ‘Bill To’ and ‘Ship To’ address must also reflect the following:

    Spikes Communications Sdn Bhd

    12-3, Jalan PJU 8/3A, Perdana Business Centre,

    Damansara Perdana, 47820, PJ, Selangor D.E, Malaysia

    Please let me know if this can be done.

    As per you request, I've changed the invoice details as you see below. You can see the payment details on your invoice.

    You also see your yearly subscription on your invoice because my colleague refunded the money to you.
