Every now and again when someone submits one of my forms I receive 2 submissions and they receive 2 automated replies. Is there anything that can be done to stop this happening?
Thanks

I have just reviewed your account and did notice that you had duplicated submissions. As you can see the data was submitted twice by the user (a difference of 7 seconds between each). This makes me think that the user refreshed the screen twice thinking it did not submit correctly, press the BACK button on his browser or something else happened.
I would recommend asking your user exactly what he did when submitted the form.
If you wish to remove the duplicated threads, you can use our Delete duplicated app to remove all the duplicated submission you have.

I have the same problem
FEATURE REQUEST:
After a form is submitted, disregard repeated submissions from same IP which take place within a certain (customizable) timeframe. For instance re-submitting within 5,10 or 30 seconds etc would have no effect.
This would enable legitimate re-submissions (ie someone actually takes the time to correct an error they made in the form the first time around) while preventing the duplicates due to BACK button repeatedly pressed in browser (usually just a few instants after initial submission).
