I just created two forms for our website last week. I have been getting our staff to test the forms. The notification emails do not make it through on the "individual" form, and sometimes works on the "group" form. I have the notifications going to two different emails.
The test email works, and the auto responder to the person filling out the form works. So far everyone filling out the form or getting the notifications are on the same email server. Any help to get these notifications coming through?

I've checked our mail logs. It seems our server successfully sends emails to you but for some reason your server responds with "Service unavailable" message. This must be a spam filter or some other problem. There is really nothing we can do about this.
