When I login to my account on jotform- it says You're out of submission storage! Upgrade Now - we have not been receiving enquiry emails for the last few days -
we should have been informed to upgrade before stopping the submissions without warning.
I'm sorry to hear that, but reaching the Total Submissions Storage Limit won't cause you the email issues and that won't disable your forms/account either. Also, we have emailed you about this particular limit and for some reason, it failed upon checking.
Your recent form submissions have failed based on our email logs. All emails are mostly sent from your own custom email sender. I think this method have failed because your hosting provider detected that you are sending the form emails from a difference sender, from Jotform.
I've checked further your forms and found out that you have already deleted the custom sender email and switched it to firstname.lastname@example.org. And I think you've also figured out that your email was placed to our bounce list. I would suggest testing your form now and see if the email will fail again.
Lastly, I would recommend adding us to your server whitelist settings.
This would prevent your spam filter from flagging or detecting our form emails as spam and would ensure that forms emails would go directly to your inbox.
