linking new form to PayPal for processing

Asked by simleggings on June 09, 2016 at 12:08 PM

I have changed some of the items on my order form, copied the link and pasted it into my webpage.   It appears on the website, I can fill in the order BUT  when I indicate Place Order it says "please wait"  It does not go directly to PayPal for processing and confirmation.  What do I need to do?

    Hello simleggings,

Thank you for reporting your concern to us.

As it appears, you are using the oembed method in embedding your form to your page. We have recently received report that the said method is having some problems with sending submissions. As an alternative, please use the iframe embed method instead. This user guide will provide you information on how to get the iframe code to place on your webpage: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-How-to-Get-the-iFrame-Code

If you have questions, please do let us know.

    Thanks.
