Is there anyway to allow file uploads in excess of 1GB? We are in need to allow file uploads of about 2GB and possibly larger.

When reviewing your account I noticed that you have a FREE plan. This account has 100MB of storage space for your upload files. It is possible to increase the upload size limit, but with your plan, one file will exceed the limit and your account will be disabled. If you require this, you need to upgrade to one of our other plans, please visit our pricing page, which contain more storage space.

Once you have updated your plan you can increase the file size limit with the MAX FILE SIZE.

Thanks for the reply, but does this allow me to upload files larger than 1GB or are you referring to storage size after the file is uploaded?

Yes, we do not have a limit size on the file uploaded.

Please note you currently have a FREE plan. This plan only has 100MB of storage space. Once you reach this limit your account will be disabled for reaching the limit. If you require more storage space, please view our pricing page for all the plans we have and upgrade to the plan that best fits your needs.
