Hi there, my team is saying that when they are modifying the form in submissions, other fields are being deleted. Can you please help? It seemed fine up until sometime yesterday/today.

Are you referring to the form edits or form entries (submissions) edits? Is there are any steps to reproduce the issue?
The form modifications should not affect the data as long as you do not remove the fields.
Thank you, when you open the submissions and click Edit on one submission, and make any changes, the links attached using the widget disappear from the jotform submission. They are still active, so I've been going back to the notification email and using the links in that to download if needed.
Yesterday, in addition to the links disappearing, the date fields would delete and some of the name fields. In one case most of the form data disappeared (it was there when the edit saved, and then when going back to the submission it was not there). In another case, when updating and clicking it to save, the form gave multiple errors for required values which had been wiped out.
I was able to reproduce the issue with missing links in Kloudless File Uploader widget field. The widget was probably not designed for edit mode in the first place. A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread to see if the issue can be fixed at some point.
In the meantime, you might consider using standard File Upload fields which are fully supported in edit mode.
The second part seems to be more complicated. The other form data is not supposed to be removed. Please let us know if you can reproduce it in some specific circumstances (e.g. if this is happening in some specific browser version, related to some specific fields or editing steps).
The Kloudless widget now works in edit mode - all previously uploaded files will show when you edit a submission.
Please check, and let us know if you're still experiencing this.
