How do I create a three line form with a limitation of 20 characters per line

    Tribute form 

     

    Recognition paver   the donor gets three lines of text with a limit of 20 characters including spaces per line. What widget do I use?

    The easiest thing to do would be to set up 3 Text area fields the will allow 20 characters.  Set the maximum limit to 20 and the validation to letters.

    Decrease the number of rows to make the field shorter.

    donor for amount levels, How do you add an other option that allows for a
    box where the donaor can add their own amount?
