Received an email from BlueSnap rather FastSpring

    I received an email from BlueSnap, and not sure why they are going to change me for JotForm. From what I understand, BlueSnap is outdated and I should be paying from FastSpring. Can you please update the payment information for JotForm to go through FastSpring?

    I see that the account doashared registered using your email address which is currently holding Free subscription. As I searched our records I found another account doawebmaster which is currently holding Economy subscription. I believe that you are referring to doawebmaster account which is due to renewal by 06/16/2016. This account is being charged by BlueSnap only. You may find the invoice for the last charge below:

    I'm not able to find any active subscriptions with your email address in FastSpring. If you can provide us with the account username or invoice/reference number so that we'll try to locate the account and provide you with necessary assistance.
