    The sample you provide above doesn't work and doesn't explain how it is actually done.  I have the same need where I am running a calculation based on answers and need to take the resultant {result1} and pass it into a url:www.testwebsite.com/{result1}

    Where example result1 = A than url = www.testwebsite.com/A

    Where example result1 = B than url = www.testwebsite.com/B

    Everything that I have read has to do with pre-populating fields for other forms but I need to send to a different url page based on response.

    Your help is appreciated.

    Please test submit this form https://form.jotform.me/21872443389462

    The submission thank you page will redirect to a website page that have its fields prepopulated with value.

    You can also clone the form to review it on your Form Builder.

    I setup the Thank You page like this
