We are a non-profit and presently our membership is at 25. Each year members must complete a background check form and an application form. So we are looking at 50 submissions per year. We would like to use the free service, but it has a limit of 10 submissions per month. That means that we would have the bulk of our submissions in January of each year. Can we bank the months we do not submit any forms and stay on the free service?

Thank you for your interest in JotForm.
Unfortunatelly, the system does not work that way. It always do a reset on a Monthly interval, which means it will always only provide you a pre-defined qouta (10 Monthly Submissions for FREE). The Months where you did not do any submissions will not accumulate(banked).
But I will still forward your proposal to our higher ups, perhaps they can suggest a better alternative for you on the matter.

No, you cannot pass your unused monthly limits to the next month. We do not plan to change this. If you will receive a lot of submissions on a month, you can upgrade for a month and then downgrade back. JotForm is only $9.95 for a month.
