Forwarding submissions: Receiving "Oops.. You reached your limits" error message.

    I was told that I can forward submissions by email like 20 per hour but I
    just have send like 3 in last 5 days and anyway it's showing this warning
    error "oops...you reached your limits ! Please take a look and advice
    what's going on.

    It looks like there is an issue with the limits for forwarding the emails. I have tried forwarding a submission to our test email address and was able to see the error you are receiving. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. You'll be posted once here on the thread once we have any update in this regard.

    Unfortunately we currently do not have any updates regarding your concern. I made another test and I can see that the issue still persists. As of now our developers are still working on the issue. Rest assured we will let you know on this thread as soon as we hear any news from our developers. Regards.

    I made a test on your account and I can see that the issue still persists. When I forward a submission, I always get the "oops you have reached your limits" error.

    So far we do not have any updates on your issue. Our developers are still working on the issue, but hopefully we will hear from them soon. We will let you know as soon as we hear any updates from them.
