How do can I make the response from the jotform more visually appealing?

When someone fills in the jotform and submits, I want the person receiving the submission to not simply see plain text, but to see the information presented in a visually appealing way.

Can I format what the submission will look like when received via email? This is crucial for the purpose I want to use jotform for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

"Can I format what the submission will look like when received via email? This is crucial for the purpose I want to use jotform for."

Yes you can, you're free to change the look and feel of the email format for your submissions. I'm assuming you have an autoresponder already in place so here's a visual reference to better explain how to do it:

If you use an existing HTML template you can use that, but ensure you won't be changing the IDs/placeholders used by the form to keep the values of submitted fields intact. Take advantage of the TEST EMAIL feature so you can see how your submission emails look like. Go have fun making it more visually appealing :)

Hope that helps! Don't hesitate to reach out if you need further help.
