Form Submission: When a submission is edited and downloaded as excel, the submission that was edited will have missing data.

    We are using this for VBS registration and have over 392 submissions. For some reason today, when we download in excel or CSV, some of the fields are blank. 


    I have the Excel file pointing to reports in Microsoft Access so this is not a good thing, it is return some reports without the child's name and other pertinent information.


    I'm not sure if this is only behaving on ones we have gone back in and edited or if it is anything new we are entering.


    I'm hoping that this is just an intermittent issue with download from Jotform as the data does appear to be there. I've tried in three different web browsers and get the same thing.

    we did some testing and it appears that if it is a new entry that the data is intact both in the table submission view and in the export, however if we change/edit any info on an existing form, even though we can see it in the submissions table, blanks appear in the export.  I'm hoping this can be fixed soon!  Thanks

    I checked your form and I can confirm that there is indeed some blank cells in the excel download.

    I cloned your form and made some tests. I was able to replicate your issue there.

    I will have to escalate this issue to our developers for further investigation. We will let you know on this thread once there are any updates.
