Hello, There is no one I can speak with directly to assist me with this same problem Ive had for about a month so I created another user name and password. Today I went in to create an email and the saved info came up and used the old info and now want let me login with the new user name and password. Please help me and have the monkey stop saying he's embarassed and fix the problem. Thanks

May we know your JotForm username or FORM URL that you'd created here in JotForm so we can check it here? I tried searching your account using mdcat31[at]yahoo[dot]com but no account is registered under that email address.

Also, you can try recovering login details using the Sign In page (lower right of www.jotform.com).
You just need to provide the E-mail account you used when you created the account.
