Can files received form a folder?

Currently I am building a form to receive customers' photos for our product. Our product requires customers to upload 6 packs of photos. Now I link the form with my Dropbox account. However, the folder formed in Dropbox after a submission contains all the photos, without organization.

I need the photos to be organized according to their uploading field or forming a specific folder. For example,

    Uploading field 1: photo 1-6

    Uploading field 2: photo 7-12

    Uploading field 3: photo 13-21

I wonder what solutions I have for this problem. This is a urgent question for our company. If unsolved, we are forced to change to other forms or systems.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no current option to organize the uploaded files to DropBox in the way the you specified. You can only name the folders where the files will be uploaded based on the data submitted to your fields. Please see Upload to Dropbox with JotForm for more details of organizing the files you upload from JotForm to DropBox.

Is there any other solution so that I can still achieve my request?

As mentioned previously, there is no current option/solution to achieve what you need. I can escalate the issue to our development team as a feature request so they can check if they can add an option/way to organize uploaded files on Dropbox integration. However, we cannot give you a time frame on when this feature be implemented. Please confirm if you want to raise this issue as a feature request.

We will wait for your response.
    Regards.
