To whom it may concern
I noticed on the latest submission of my form. I did not get an email to alert me of the submission.
Please can you advise how to continue to receive email notifications when a form is submitted.

Your email address is in the bounce list. This is the reason why you are not getting the email address.
I have remove it now from the list. You should be able to receive new notifications now. I checked your form and I can see that the notification is configured properly.
Please check if you have any email filters that blocks email from JotForm. Also, you can contact your email provider and ask them white list our mail servers and IP addresses. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
