When I downgrade and cancel after one month of bronze account, the form and account still carries on at the same 100 free submissions/month?

Once you have cancel/downgraded your bronze plan. It will remain as bronze until the period ends. At that point your account will be back to a FREE account. As a Free account you are allow to receive 100 submission per month.
