How to upgrade account with old pricing plan?

I just want to use my credit card to pay instead of PayPal but remain on the 9.95 plan.

How do I do this?

I did check your account and found that the last premium subscription payment was received on Feb 18, 2016. Please be noted that old pricing plan is already withdrawn and is only grandfather for the time your subscription remain active. Unfortunately it is not possible to upgrade your account again with old pricing plan.

You seems to have already upgraded your account to bronze plan and paid through your credit card.
