I am not sure what you meant by "adding an API", so could you please describe what it is you are trying to achieve in a little more detail?

Are you looking to forward data from JotForm to a third party API for processing?

Or are you trying to use our own API from within your software?

We look forward to hearing more information regarding what you are looking for regarding APIs, so we can provide appropriate assistance. Thank you.

Somehow the question above is not what I meant to ask.

My customers are filling out the form, I am getting their information, but no payments are coming in at all. This is the message that one client sent me regarding her attempt to pay: "We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com."

I spoke with Paypal intensively this morning and the problem is not on their end. It has something to do with Jotform. I checked my email address and it works fine. Help! (I'd like to get paid eventually....)
