Problem importing JotForm from another account

    I am trying to import JotForms I created in one account into another account.  I am getting this error:

     

    Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular
     
    The settings on the account I am trying to import from are not set to prevent others from cloning the forms.
     
    One form I am trying to import into this account is https://form.jotform.com/hr587/mtofto-form.

    Can you please indicate if you are trying to get a copy of the form into your account. You can clone the form using the URL.

    If you want to transfer the form we will be glad to help. With the request, we ask the owner of the form to create a thread asking to transfer the form and all the information from his account to the other account.
