When a form is printed, how can I ensure that HTML copy is printed as well?

when printing this form (filled out by applicant) the authorization verbiage is not printed with the parts filled out by prospect. How can we change this?

I am not entirely sure what you meant by "authorization verbiage" and the "HTML copy"? Could you please provide us more information and specifics about your concern?

This form https://form.jotform.com/61533885599170 is actually not the same what I am seeing in this link: http://www.sampropertygroup.com/#/application/. If you want to print out the form, you can add the print button on your form, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms

If you want to print the form with the user's submission data, then you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data

    I hope that helps.
