My forms are going to junk mail, why?

    Hello,

Beginning this week any forms that are being submitted are being sent to my junk box rather than my inbox. They are also coming in a different layout. I tested one today and it went to my junk box.

Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

It's most likely due to a filtration in your email client or by your email service provider.

I suggest to whitelist or mark one of the email as "NOT" spam so all the rest including the new ones will automatically go into your inbox.

Usually, when emails go into junk or spam folder, it loses its format specially when images are filtered or not shown. Once it is moved to your inbox, its format might be restored.

You can also whitelist JotForm mail IPs, domains and emails so they will not be flagged as spam.

    Hope this helps!
