I currently have seven forms created under my account and ideally, all seven would be open at once. Unfortunately, when I enable all of my forms, upon trying to complete a form an error message is received like the form is down. I know that there are submission and space limitations, but I haven't reached those yet, so is there a limit to the number of forms that are allowed under the STARTER account option?

There is no limit on the number of forms that can be enabled on Free subscription. You can receive the submissions on all the forms that you have in your account. However, as you already know there is a limit to the number of submissions that you can receive on your account.
If you can provide us with the Form ID/URL along with the screenshot of the error message so that we'll take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
