Meu formulário está indisponível por que?

    Meu formulário ficou desabilitado de uma hora para outra, me ajudem!!!

    As I check your account and see that it is active in shape and good in shape. I have tried submitting your JotForm https://form.jotformz.com/61613834101647 and was able to submit the form without any issue. However, it looks like that the facebook page set as the Thank you page is not working. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
