    I did every step of this process with our form and ran through the list twice and it definitely is not working. Help! Our "Form 1" is here: https://form.jotform.com/61577459360161

    The link you provided in the email notification is correct and should work properly to get the session so the user can save an continue the form at a later time.

    I also noticed that you created another link in the thank you page. This link is not correct as it contains some extra characters which are breaking the session

    https://form.jotform.com/61576964791169?_ga=1.182285039.97599034.1464806971?session={email}

    the characters "_ga=1.182285039.97599034.1464806971?" are not require. Your link should look like

    https://form.jotform.com/61576964791169?session={email4}

    Also notice that the email ID contains a 4. The link is missing this in number.

    I think that fixed it! I don't know where those characters came from but once I cleaned out the links, it looks like it's working now.

    Thanks!
