I've got a form set up to email me when a new submission has taken place. But nothing is coming to my email when this happens. I've even tried the "Test Email" and it is not working. Help?
Please ensure you have configured your Email Notifications correctly. Here's a great guide on how to properly change and test a new email recipient address accompanied with screenshots. Take your time and carefully read the guide, and if that won't suffice, here's another one with a video this time
After following the guides and it still fails to send submissions to your desired email, try double checking the email address you have typed in, perhaps a character or two were mistyped. Or check your mailbox's Spam/Trash folders.

I have checked and email address of your account is in the bounce list. Because of that you did not received email notification when your form was submitted. Our system gave following result:
in**@br***************ery.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 - 18.104.22.168 has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
Considering that Amazon rejected emails sent to your email address I have also remove it from Amazon Suppression List.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
