How do you create a form autoresponder with a receipt and custom confirmation number when a pending Stripe payment for a customer is completed through Jotform's submissions tab?
Thanks!

If I understand you correctly you would like to be able to send notification when user did not complete the payment process (incomplete payments) and have a custom ID number.
If you would like to send notification when forms are submitted but did not complete the payment, you can just enable it from the properties of the stripe gateway and enable the PENDING NOTIFICATION E-MAIL
In the notification you can also add the widget UNIQUE ID widget. This will allow you to create a unique ID for each submission.
Please review the following guides that might help you.

Hello Victor,
I should have been more clear. My form is integrated with Stripe and I have a two-step authorization process in place.
Once the order is received and I submit the pending payment through Jotform form submissions- that is routed to Stripe - I want to send a reciept to the customer with a unique number for each item purchased.
In this case I am selling tickets so each ticket needs a unique, incremental number. I will issue these ticket numbers AFTER receiving payment - therefore I need to set up an automatic system that handles it.
Hope that all makes sense.

The unique ID widget will allow you to set up a unique incremental ID for each submission. Each successful submission will have its own ID and starting index can to be set to whatever you would like.

Hi David,
Thank you. But if someone orders 15 tickets/items under a single submission then there will be just one unique ID issued, correct? Not 15 unique IDs for each order. That is essentially what I am looking to do.
Thank youPhilip

Yes that is correct. This will only create a single ID for each form that is submitted. It will not create an ID for each item.

Hello Philip,
Unfortunately, there is no way to set a unique ID per product item.
If you have questions, please do let us know.
Thanks.
