I would just like to check with you if I understood you correctly.
You would like to have all of the fields from your form shown on your form notification even if they were left empty?
Is that correct?
I ask since this is the default and what should happen.

My question was poorly worded. Sorry about that. This might make more sense.
On some of my forms it automatically defaults to not show the selected fields. On other forms it is showing all the fields. Below are the links:
https://form.jotform.com/61527337375157 shows fields on e-mail notification. I did try to place a space between the fields.

Sometimes it easier by phone. Sorry again, my second statement was hard to understand too. Please revise to mean:
On some of my forms it automatically defaults to not show the UNselected fields. On other forms it is showing all the fields even if unselected.
I have found info online under preferences, then Advanced settings, to the enable/disable feature but my form doesn't allow me to navigate to that point.. -

I opened a separate thread for your other questions for opposite way of showing the data, you can find it in this link.
@lisamwallace,
Do you mean that when you submit one of your forms, some fields are missing in your submission in email?
I tested your form and when I submit I see all data there. If some of the fields are not inputted those fields are showing but without any value, and that is working as intended.
I'm sorry if I misunderstood your problem, do you want that if some fields are not inputted then they are not appearing in your submission email or you had something else in mind?
Please let us know and we will try to give you the best possible way to do it.
Thank you!
