How to hide emtpy fields on email auto-responder?

We use our form for service check-ins at an Apple Specialist location. Once the form is submitted, it automatically sends a copy to the customer so they can check over the information when they get home. However, the automatic email auto-populates with hidden fields. Is there a way to have the automatic emails only send the fields that the customer has filled out?

    Thanks.

Empty fields are hidden automatically on the new email wizard, so you do not need to do anything to enable this option, but they will be shown automatically if you edit the template of the email sent, so if you edit the text or remove some fields from the email sent then empty fields will be shown on emails.

If you have edited the email template of your emails I would suggest you to restore the email settings, so please try adding a new auto-responder and do not change it, empty fields should be hidden.

I have also noticed that you have an error in your email notification, please fix it to avoid any inconvenient with your emails:
