About 2 weeks ago the notifications emails stopped whenever anyone filled out my form.l (firstname.lastname@example.org). Nothing on the form has been changed. I did switch to Windows 10 about three weeks ago;

Your email is in the bounce list which is why you are not getting email notifications.
I have removed it now from the list. You should be able to receive new notifications now.
I checked your notification settings and I can see that it is configured properly. Please make sure that there are no email filters not blocks JotForm emails. You can also whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
