Why is my application hangs at Please wait and not completing the submission?

After i enter all the details to the application, i get please wait and nothing happens.

I have tried submitting your JotForm using the direct link and from the web page which redirected to PayPal page without any issue at my end.

Are you still experiencing the issue at your end? I see that the form is embedded using Javascript embed method on your web page which may be conflicting with other scripts on the page. Please try re-embedding the form using iframe embed method and see if that helps.
