    It seems you are now using a different form, not from JotForm in your contact page?

    To receive an email response on every form submission, make sure you have added a recipient email in your form. Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

    Make a test submission in your form afterwards. Fill it and submit the form. If you have not received anything, let us know so we can assist you further.

If you believe that the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email to automatically reopen the ticket.
