Receiving results and emails

    hey,

     

    After completing surveys and exams with jotform i am not receiving any emails or results please help. i am not on rejection list either.

    It seems that this is a duplicate thread. My colleague already replied on the other thread. Here's the URL: https://www.jotform.com/answers/856664

    Your email address was already removed from the bounce list. You should be able to receive the notifications now. Please check your spam or junk folders. You can also contact your email provider and ask them to whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses.

    None of this is helping!

     

    As a referee we are sent quizs and exams to complete on jot form where our results are emiled to us. however, we never receive our results. i am not on the bounce list. and still not receiving emails as to whether i pass or not. i have never had a problem before and due to not receiving and not knowing if i pass or fail exams to redo test. i failed my last one. i am becoming frustrated.

    it is not a form i am making. it is a form someone else has made and i just want my results. do i need to remove my jotform account?

     

    why cant i just talk to someone in person!

    Hello refalbert,

    Unfortunately, the emails that have failed to be sent will not be re-sent anymore. 

    Also, to the reason why you are not seeing the links provided on the other thread because you will need to be logged in to the account of the form owner to which the form sent the email alert.

    Hotmail also has stricter policies on emails. As I saw on the emails that failed, those emails did not have any email sender. Automatically, hotmail will consider the email as spam so it was rejected. However, upon seeing the form's email alert settings again, I see that there is already an email address for the sender.  Please do observe if you are still not receiving email alerts after this change. May I recommend also to add noreply@jotform.com to your email account's address book.
