Can I add the JotForm feedback button to a page in Wordpress?

Asked by Mia  on June 12, 2016 at 11:21 AM

I know I can add the button via a plug-in, but it only allows me to add it to the bottom of the page.  Am I able to add this button to my page instead of on my website using the alignment options provided in the plug in...

    Screen Alignment Top Side
     Right Side
     Bottom Side
     Left Side
    Horizontal Alignment Left
     Center
     Right
    Page URL:
    www.http://groupstravelagency.com/

    wordpress embed form

Yes. You can customize the Feedback button from the Publish wizard and the embed code can be added to the text section of a page on your WordPress website.

    Hope this information helps!

Thank you Kiran.  This actually puts the button on the side of my website and but still not on the WordPress page.

In that case, you can create an image file, upload the image and then add the following code to the place of the page where you want the button to show up (Use the text option of the Wordpress editor):

    <a target="_blank" href="https://form.jotform.com/61636613942963" ><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="http://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/Carina/37442_button.png" alt="" width="254" height="30" /></a>

The blue part is the form's url and the pink is the image source url.

I've added this code to a text field of a test form. You can clone it to inspect it better:

Thanks Carina, that worked!  I have the button on my page now, but it is centered.  Can you tell me how to get it left aligned?

One more thing please, I can't figure out how to correct the spelling on this button.  It says "from" but should say "form"

The button is an image file and as such we cannot simply change it to display "Get Acquainted Form." We will need to create a new image with the correct spelling and use that image instead. You can use the button I have created below as your new button. The button should also display on the left side.

Simply change the url on the pink highlighted text that my colleague Carina provided above with the image URL I provided here, or just simply replace the code with the one below:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://www.jotform.us/form/61634137252148" rel="nofollow" ><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="http://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/Chriistian/37452_button.png" alt="" width="252" height="40" /></a>

You can also use the link below where I have changed the image url for the new button.

    <a target="_blank" href="http://www.jotform.us/form/61634137252148" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow" ><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="http://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/Chriistian/37530_button (1).png" alt="" width="252" height="40" /></a>
