Why when I try to log into my account I get the message that my account is suspended?

    I see that the JotForm titled "Branding Request" in your account is asking for username and password which is not allowed with JotForm. This has triggered our anti-phishing system to suspend your account.

    It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on Phishing forms.

    I have deleted the guilty fields on your JotForm and activated your account. Please refrain adding such fields to your JotForms to avoid any further suspensions on your account.
