Dont store documents on JotForm servers

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that you do not want to store the form uploaded files on JotForm servers? Since the form uploaded files are linked with the submissions, it is required to delete the submissions from the form in order to clear the storage space. You may consider integrating Google Drive or DropBox so that the submissions and the files uploaded will be automatically stored in your cloud storage and you may delete the submissions from the JotForm to clear the storage space.
