to cancel the monthly service but keep it the account open

    I try to cencel teh service because I do not neeedd it until the fall again, but every time I try to cencel the plimus site ask me for a username and password, and always got the same error: Invalid Password or invalid username

    Could you help me on the issue?

    Hello Jose,

    I have found the subscription associated with the JotForm account 'HSE_EKeane' already canceled. 

    Your forms wont be affected in any way when the downgrade back to 'Free' takes place on the 28th March 2012.
